First of all: the claw decorating the front of this medicine bag is FAUX! It is a realistic resin replica. No wolves were harmed in the making of this medicine bag.
This Gray Wolf Spirit Totem Medicine Bag is composed of a rich, deep brown leather cut in a style taught to me by an Apache Native American woman. The bag is held together by a generous length of black suede leather lace and cinched shut in the back by two metallic black pony beads. The front is decorated with an eye-catching faux resin wolf claw and a real picture agate stone bead.
Inside the Gray Wolf Spirit Totem Medicine Bag one will find natural sage (considered a sacred herb to Native American and other cultures), tumbled tiger eye chips, a tumbled moonstone, and naturally shed fur from two impressive male Gray Wolves.
The fur contained within this medicine bag was gathered from these live, well cared for Gray Wolves during their natural spring shedding process. Once again, the claw is a faux replica and NO WOLVES WERE HARMED IN THE MAKING OF THIS MEDICINE BAG.
This piece is currently for sale on ArtFire, along with animal spirit totem bracelets, necklaces, charms, gemstone necklaces, and other goodies. (I always donate a portion of my sales to the animal sanctuaries I support!)
